7- I just downloaded and saved the file to my hard drive, however, I have forgotten its location. How do I go about finding it again?

This is an occurrence experienced by some of our members. The solution is actually very easy; your web browser normally defaults to the same directory every time you download a file until you change it. An easy way to figure out the location of this download directory is to simply download another file and when you are prompted to save the file to your hard drive the "Save As" window will appear and reveal your download directory.

8- Do I have to pay to use Online Media?

No, the program is free.

9- The video stops but the sound continues, what's wrong?

Try to start the stream again, this sometimes fixes the problem.
